Boxing Guru review another hugely popular boxing product – the Aqua Bag!

Taking the combat sports world by storm, the Aqua bag offers a more realistic boxing workout, with less joint pain on impact and a much better price than alternative punch bags.

The Aqua Bag is a really well-designed product made of quality materials. They are available in a range of sizes – 9, 12, 15, 18 & 21 inches depending on what you want to use the product for… the 21 inch versions for example are more of a heavy bag whereas the 9 and 12 inch versions replicate the size of a head to use as target practice.

The product is really easy to use, set up and install and offers much more versatility than standard bags. You are able to strike the bag with a much greater range of angles meaning you can mix up your shots a lot more and even throw in uppercuts which most bags don’t allow. As the bag moves upon impact, you can use it to practice keeping your opponent at range with a stiff jab and utilise your footwork to slip the bag as it moves towards you. When hit, the impact has a realistic resistance feedback with less joint pain then on a regular bag. The bag can be used anywhere you are able to hang it and works great for using at home.
