The son of one of Britain’s most exciting fighter’s and best ever featherweight’s in Prince Naseem Hamed, is set to announce himself on the professional boxing scene.

Announced last week by our broadcasting partner Boxing King Media, Prince Naseem’s son, Aadam Hamed has been training at the renowned Wincobank Gym in Sheffield for the past 2 weeks. The gym has been home to numerous world champions including the Prince himself, Johnny Nelson, Junior Witter, and Kell Brook who has recently returned home. The gym is currently filled with a wealth of talent including former world amateur champion Willy Hitchinson, the undefeated featherweight Kid Galahad (24-0), and current British & WBC Silver middleweight champion, Liam Williams.

Aadam’s social media following has jumped from 3K to nearly 20K in recent weeks with the buzz and excitement of the news, although it was tennis where his father thought he would see success. He was one of the top tennis players for his age group and his father would often tell people his son is going to win Wimbledon one day. Instead, he has decided to follow in his dad’s footsteps into boxing to continue the family legacy. He has always had a love for boxing and continually trained on the side – but how good can he be?

Stablemate Kid Galahad took the time to tell us how it has been having the young prodigy training with the team. “Aadam has taken to the Ingle gym like a duck to water. We all knew he had the bloodline, I’m now impressed with his dedication and determination. He works hard to complement his talent!”

Contrary to reports, Aadam Hamed has not yet turned pro and had no amateur bouts but he’s planning on continuing to grind hard and when the time is right, he’ll will make further announcements. What is for sure, if he is anything like his father, we can look forward to an exciting future ahead.
