The youngest world champion in boxing, Devin Haney told Sky Sports he is hunting down a fight with unified Lightweight champ, Lomachenko.

“I see flaws in him (Loma), I’m faster, stronger, bigger, I feel like I’m better overall… I want all the big fights in 2020, if I don’t get them I am moving up to 140.”

We asked our fans who they think would win in a Loma vs Haney super-fight and the results were unanimous. Nearly 80% of fans who voted, picked the Ukrainian. This result isn’t perhaps a surprise as Devin Haney is still relatively unknown to many mainstream fans and those that do know him, feel its possibly too soon for newly upgraded WBC world champion. Other options that interest Haney are two-time world champion, Tank Davis and Golden Boy star Ryan Garcia, who has history with Haney from the amateurs. According to promoter Eddie Hearn, the Ryan Garcia fight would be “a very, very easy fight to make” as they both fight on DAZN… “You will see him (Haney) in all these big fights over the next few years, he’s 20 years old!”
